Frontline SHEQ is the leading health & safety agents in Cape Town and have been in operation for 15 years. We employ competent individuals who are registered with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) under its various categories.
We have acted as the health & safety agents in all provinces throughout South Africa. We were the health & safety agents on the Cape Town Soccer Stadium, Khayelitsha Railway Extension (KRE), UWC Life Science and CTICC Extension Projects to mention but a few.
Frontline SHEQ has successfully applied for more than 80 construction work permits and have acted as health & safety agents on more than 2000 projects.

Clients must ensure that their construction sites are audited once a month as a bare minimum and more frequently based on the project risk profile and baseline risk assessment.
HEALTH & SAFETY AGENT
Definition: A person who acts as a representative for a client. When a health & safety agent is appointed, the responsibilities imposed on the client in terms of Construction Regulation 5 shall as far as reasonably practicable apply to the health & safety agent.
The Intent of Construction Regulations (Amended 2014)
To design buildings that do not just meet the SANS requirements in its individual segments, but consider health & safety during construction, occupation, maintenance and decommission. Great emphasis is placed on risk assessment throughout the stages of construction from conception to completion.
